Ready to paint surface

When the ENVIROBOT® operates, the stripped area remains completely dry without any flash rust and can be painted immediately after.

Low water consumption

Unlike waterjet manual guns, the robot’s spray arm always operates at the same distance to the surface which allows lower water consumption to do an equivalent area.

Using only water with effluent contention eliminates all airborne dust usually associated with surface treatment: Besides the improvement in Shipyards’ environment, it’s also possible to lower maintenance costs of all other surrounding equipment.
