DOCK TURN-AROUND

Due to the ENVIROBOT® high production rate and the capability of having several other operations going on simultaneous, it’s possible to have a quicker and more efficient turnaround of the docks.

After the blasting, the surface is left free of salts, oxidation and chlorides, leaving a surface that can be painted without contamination under coating

Using only water with effluent contention eliminates all airborne dust usually associated with surface treatment: Besides the improvement in Shipyards’ environment, it's also possible to lower maintenance costs of all other surrounding equipment.

LOW FUEL CONSUMPTION

With a production rate around five times higher when compared with two waterjet manual guns and the same pump, the fuel consumption also decreases with the engine working fewer hours on an equal area.

READY TO PAINT SURFACE

When the ENVIROBOT® operates, the stripped area remains completely dry without any flash rust and can be painted immediately after.
